FAQ

What is the difference between a bookkeeper and an accountant?

A bookkeeper handles the in’s and out’s of your financial record keeping and reporting for a business–essentially tracking your balance sheet and providing information to know whether you are in the black or the red! An accountant specializes in the preparation and filing of taxes. Both are important to running a business.

Can I afford to hire Kildal Services to handle my books?

Kildal Services offers competitive pricing. We’ve found that by outsourcing your bookkeeping to Kildal Services, you’re free to focus on making money rather than tracking money. You’ll gain peace of mind that your books are done correctly and you have the information you need about your finances. Outsourcing your bookkeeping also keeps your overhead low–no employee training, management or salary required.

What does it mean to be a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor?

As Certified Pro Advisors, we are experts in QuickBooks installation, setup, payroll, reporting, and other day-to-day functions of the software.

Is QuickBooks the only software that Kildal Services works with?

We’re laser focused on helping your small business succeed – our motto is helping small businesses work better, faster, smarter. And by directing that focus, we work with one family of products and services. We are QuickBooks experts — and while we especially love working on QuickBooks Online, we also manage QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Enterprise and Intuit’s Payroll offerings as well.

Does Stacy work for Intuit?

Nope. Stacy is one of the original QuickBooks Online hipsters – seriously, she was using it way before it was cool, back before it even had inventory! – and a charter member of the Intuit Trainer and Writer Network, but she doesn’t work for Intuit directly. Stacy does have a very special relationship with many teams within Intuit. Stacy is often called upon by the developments teams for her insight on features, is frequently the first person outside of the company to see features and products. Stacy does occasionally contract for Intuit–she writes and presents QuickBooks training material across the country and around the world.

If I have a question or a concern, will I be able to reach someone?

Your questions and concerns will always be dealt with in a timely manner. The best way to reach us is email and text most times of the day.
